Rental Terms:
Rental Duration: One day rental runs from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. This allows for events that begin early morning or go past midnight to be charged a one day rental vs a two day rental.
Delivery and Setup: Prices displayed above include setup, tear down, and delivery. However, to waive the $75 delivery charge, a minimum equipment rental of $300 is required. This covers a 28 km radius from downtown Regina. Mileage rates apply outside the 30 km radius.
Price Exclusions: Add GST/PST to posted price. New Year’s Eve & stat holiday surcharge may apply.
Reservation and Payment: To secure your selected equipment, a 50% non-refundable retainer payment of the total rental cost is required. This payment acts as a reservation and must be made at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the retainer payment can be put towards another date and is valid for one year from the original event date.
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of the equipment. We accept cash, email transfer, online credit card, company cheques, and bank transfers.
Equipment Changes: Once equipment is booked, changes can only involve additions. Downgrades are not permitted due to limited inventory and other potential client needs.
Outdoor Events: For outdoor event rentals, it is crucial to have an approved shelter in place and an emergency plan in case of inclement weather. This will help protect the rented equipment from any damage caused by adverse conditions and saving you money for damaged equipment.
Equipment Responsibility: As the client, you are responsible for the full replacement value of the rented equipment in the event of damage, loss, or non-working condition. General wear and tear is acceptable. This applies regardless of the cause or responsible party. Please ensure that the equipment is handled with care as we ensure we pick it up in the same condition it was delivered.
Venue-Related Fees: Clients are responsible for any additional fees associated with their chosen venue, including parking fees, elevator charges, staffing and cleanup costs. These fees should be settled directly with the venue on our behalf if required.
