DJ, Photo Booth, Photography, and Videography Service Travel Rates vary across Saskatchewan. We have broken our service areas down into 6 zones. Associated costs are based on staffing, lodging, fuel, and transport costs for your selected service or services.
Zones 4 through 6 include lodging fees 365 days a year.
Zones 2 through 3 lodging is not required in the summer months. Depending on your services booked and the total hours for us to be on-site, accommodation charges may be required for Zones 2 and 3 in the summer.
Winter events are a bit more tricky, we all know how unpredictable Saskatchewan winter weather can be. For that reason, and to ensure the safety of our team Zones 2 and 3 are subject to accommodation charges. This decision is made by our staff on the day of. If travel conditions are great and the forecast looks good, we will travel back to Regina the same day. If our staff determines it is not safe or the forecast changes for the worse, they will book a room for the night and we will bill you after if applicable.

All DJ service bookings outside a 30km radius of Regina are subject to a $129 Out of Town Fee plus the applicable travel zone travel rate.
