DJ, Photo Booth, Photography, and Videography Service Travel Rates vary across Saskatchewan. We have broken our service areas down into 6 zones. Associated costs are based on staffing, lodging, fuel, and transport costs for your selected service or services.
Zones 4 through 6 include accommodation fees 365 days a year included in the travel rates posted below.
Zones 2 and 3 accommodations are generally not required during the summer months when booking our standard event packages. However, if additional services (such as a wedding ceremony) require an earlier start time and extend the total service day beyond the standard package hours, an accommodation charge will apply in addition to the posted travel rate below.
Winter events are a bit more tricky, we all know how unpredictable Saskatchewan winter weather can be. For that reason, and to ensure the safety of our team Zones 2 and 3 are subject to accommodation charges. This decision is made by our staff on the day of. If travel conditions are great and the forecast looks good, we will travel back to Regina the same day. If our staff determines it is not safe or the forecast changes for the worse, they will book a room for the night and we will bill you after.
