Coordinate DJ, Lighting, and Reception Flow

Rhino’s Lighting & Sound can coordinate music cues, microphone timing, lighting transitions, and reception formalities with your planner, MC, photographer, and venue. People can also add ceremony sound to relive that special moment, photo booth services, or visual media services for a more complete event team. Product Terms:

• Price Exclusions: Prices do not include GST.
• Transport Fee: $40 transport fee applies to Regina and a 30 km radius of Regina.
• Travel Outside Regina: Outside the 30 km radius? Click to see your travel zone and cost.
• Winter Travel: All bookings outside the 30 km radius of Regina from November 1 through April 30 are subject to accommodation charges to ensure our team member or members can travel safely.
• Additional Time: Charges apply for service outside of the included 5:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. window
• Holiday Surcharge: New Year’s Eve and stat holiday surcharge applies
• Retainer: We require a 25% retainer of the total cost including tax to secure your date, selected package, and equipment.
• Booking Form: Fill out our online booking form to receive a contract with retainer payment options to your inbox.
